The online sleep retailer conducted a study, America’s New Year Habits for 2025, that surveyed 1,500 participants from across the U.S. to reveal the most popular goals for 2025.
According to the survey, 65% of New Jersey residents plan on prioritizing eating more healthily in the new year. This survey highlights a state recognition of the importance of better nutrition for overall health the report stated.
