We’ve tracked the line movement for every game in the NFL Wild Card round since Sunday night at BetMGM Sportsbook to see where the big money has come in.
The biggest move of the week has been the Minnesota Vikings (14-3) going from 1- to 2.5-point favorites when they face the LA Rams (10-7) Monday. The game was originally scheduled to be played at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, but was moved to State Farm Stadium in Glendale due to the wildfires in LA. The 1.5-point move is likely just the result of removing LA’s home-field advantage from the line.
The Philadelphia Eagles (14-3) have gone from 4- to 5-point favorites when they host the Green Bay Packers (11-6) Sunday. According to reports, Eagles QB Jalen Hurts (concussion, left finger) and Packers QB Jordan Love (elbow) are both on track to play Sunday, but Green Bay will be without WR Christian Watson (knee) after he was injured in a Week 18 loss to the Chicago Bears.
One of the smaller moves this week has been the Baltimore Ravens (12-5) going from 8.5- to 10-point favorites when they host the Pittsburgh Steelers (10-7) Saturday. The move has not crossed through any key numbers — like 3 or 7 — but it shows the market’s confidence in Ravens QB Lamar Jackson in a playoff game; Jackson is just 2-4 in the postseason in his career.
The biggest move for totals in the Wild Card round has been the Steelers–Ravens Over/Under going from 46.5 Sunday night to 43.5 at press time. Since Jackson became Baltimore’s starting QB in 2018, the O/U has gone 4-8 in 12 meetings between these teams — and 1-8 in the last 9.
