Ridgewood is a pricey Bergen County suburb known for its idyllic homes, bustling downtown area and community-oriented environment. Given its centralized location in North Jersey, it has become a popular location for those who want to live in a quaint, family-friendly suburb, but also need a convenient commute to New York City and surrounding towns.
The hottest ZIP code in Ridgewood for 2024 is 07450, where a home sold for $1.1875 million, according to Joel Bergen, Realtor.com’s senior economist, who compiled a list of the top homebuying ZIP codes for each of the five North Jersey counties in 2024.
These rankings were based on the number of unique views of property listings and the number of days listings remained active. The ZIP codes with the hottest market demand had a high number of unique views per property and listings that remained on the market for a short period of time. Rankings are based on data collected from January to November 2024.
