The LA Rams (11-7) will be on the road against the Philadelphia Eagles (15-3) in the Divisional Round of the NFL playoffs Sunday as each team tries to punch its ticket to the NFC title game. Kickoff will be at 3 p.m. ET (NBC) from Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia. Let’s analyze BetMGM Sportsbook’s NFL odds around the Rams vs. Eaglesodds, and make our expert NFL picks and predictions.
The Rams have won 6 of their last 7 games, with their only loss being a Week 18 game against the Seattle Seahawks when they were resting their starters. Since their Week 5 bye, the Rams have gone 10-3 following a 1-4 start, cruising into the playoffs as NFC West champions. They advanced to the Divisional Round with a dominant 27-9 Wild Card win over the Minnesota Vikings, sacking QB Sam Darnold 9 times and forcing 2 turnovers.
The Eagles are even hotter than the Rams, having won 13 of their last 14 games after a 2-2 start to the year. They’ve now won 3 straight following their 22-10 victory over the Green Bay Packers in the Wild Card Round, completely shutting down QB Jordan Love and the offense with an excellent performance on defense (302 yards allowed, 4 takeaways). The Eagles only threw for 121 yards as a team, but RB Saquon Barkley had 119 yards on the ground to carry the offense.

Rams at Eagles picks and predictions
Prediction
Eagles 21, Rams 17
Moneyline
The Eagles won their first meeting with the Rams, 37-20, back in Week 12. Barkley rushed for 255 yards and had 47 yards receiving with 2 total touchdowns in that game, taking pressure off of Hurts and carrying the offense with a historic performance. His two 70-plus-yard touchdown runs in the second half really broke things open, but the Rams were in that game until halftime when the score was 13-7.
The Eagles are the better team on paper and should win Sunday, but at -275, they’re not worth betting on the moneyline because LA is going to keep it much closer this time around. PASS on the ML.
Against the spread
Both of these teams have been great ATS in their last 10 games. The Rams are 7-3, including 6-1 in their last 7, while the Eagles are 8-2 ATS in their last 10 and 12-6 on the year.
The Rams failed to cover the spread in their first matchup of the season as 3-point underdogs, but they’re getting 6 points as the road team this weekend. With QB Matthew Stafford‘s 5-1 straight-up playoff record with the Rams, they’re a good bet to cover the spread and potentially upset the Eagles.
Take the points in what could be an unpredictable game in snowy conditions. BET RAMS +6 (-110).
Over/Under
The O/U hasn’t moved much at all despite snow being in the forecast for Sunday’s game, which is somewhat surprising. The Under looked good at the start of the week with the Over being sub-.500 for both of these teams this season.
The Rams scored 27 points against the Vikings but one of their touchdowns came on a fumble return and the other was after a turnover on downs that gave them a short field.
The Eagles only managed 22 points against the Packers and play at a slow pace with how frequently they run the ball (most rush attempts in NFL). BET UNDER 43.5 (-110) in this one.
