A new opportunity at our recently reopened Hoboken, NJ location for: Project Managers.
Our Hoboken Office is conveniently located on the waterfront near the NJ Transit/Hudson County Light rail/PATH station and Hudson Ferry Terminal, fifty steps from all station platforms.
KG/KNA is celebrating our 35th year of practice in 2025 – Our primary focus during these upcoming months consists of expansion efforts to ensure our firm as well as potential clients thrive in Hudson County and the tri-state region. Our Headquarters is located in Harding Twp, NJ – along with a satellite office in Stonington, CT.
We are experienced in commercial offices, mixed-use, residential, industrial/logistics, health and hospital, education as well as urban design/planning and redevelopment work for existing and repositioned sites across the tri-state.

We are seeking the following position:
Project Managers – 7+ years of professional experience is required, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture required.
Handles and has full responsibility for managing all aspects of projects of various sizes and frequency, coordinates all phases of assigned projects, and estimates scope of work. Prepares strategic plans for project success and is responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects. Serves as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion and to the client’s satisfaction. Actively manages client budgets, schedules, and programs; project communications and documentation; office administrative tasks; and project teams that include Junior Architects and Designers. Estimates fees, determines scope of work, and prepares proposals and contracts.
