The New York Jets have their new head coach, and he’s a familiar face to Gang Green fans.
Aaron Glenn, a former NFL cornerback who played eight seasons with the Jets, will take over a team that is coming off a disappointing 5-12 season, according to multiple reports.
Glenn was the Detroit Lions’ defensive coordinator, helping lead the team to the No. 1 seed in the NFC playoffs this season. This will be his first head coaching job.

He was the 12th overall pick by the Jets in the 1994 NFL Draft and spent 15 seasons in the NFL with the Jets, Houston Texans, Dallas Cowboys, Jacksonville Jaguars and New Orleans Saints. His final season was 2008.
