Nick Cannon’s New Jersey mansion, Cannon Estate, has 13 bathrooms, a library, study … and a ball pit.
Cannon, 44, showed off the Saddle River home in a 30-minute YouTube video recorded in December.
He hosted the tour with his 13-year-old fraternal twins with Mariah Carey, Moroccan Cannon and Monroe Cannon, aka Roc and Roe.
The ball pit, filled with red balls, has a red slide and is a centerpiece of the family room, ringed by a red couch. Cannon and his family access the slide on an upper floor to send themselves into the pit.
“Contrary to popular belief, I put this slide in before I even had kids,” says Cannon, father of 12, in the video (he bought the Jersey home well after his first kids were born). “This is for me because I got tired of walking down the steps.”
The actor and rapper, host and creator of the VH1 (and formerly MTV) series “Wild ‘n Out” and host of Fox’s “The Masked Singer,” grew up in San Diego.
Roe and Cannon used a launcher to send balls from the pit into a basketball net as part of an impromptu competition. Roe won $300 — $100 for every basket her father missed.
Cannon’s home, decked out for the holidays with a red-ornamented tree, also embraces an overall red theme.
“Red is my favorite color,” he says in the video, sitting down at a red piano before showing off several “custom-made Louis Vuitton Iron Man heads.”
Cannon likes Iron Man — various oversized/life-sized figures of the Marvel superhero can be seen in the tour — because “Iron Man almost lost his life and when he got down to the bottom and he thought it was over, that’s when his superhero activated,” he says.
“I connected with that because of my lupus,” says Cannon, who was diagnosed with the autoimmune condition in 2012.
“I’m the Black Tony Stark, baby,“ he says in the video.

Cannon also showed off his bar, home to luxe gifts from Jay-Z and Kevin Hart, though he says he does not drink alcohol.
The home has a black dining room inspired by the movie “New Jack City” as well as a gym, sauna and recording studio. A candy room is stocked with sweets and a sign that says “Cannon’s Candy Shop.” The house’s “pillow theater” is a space where the family watches movies while reclining on pillows emblazoned with movie scenes.
Cannon plans to install another slide, this one going into a pool in the backyard, which has a lake view.
Cannon and Carey, 55, married in 2008, split in 2014 and divorced in 2016. Cannon has 10 children with five other partners.
He ended the video by sending Roc and Roe to join Carey onstage at one of her concerts.
